Preparing your Property for the Market
After signing the contract, in person or by e-sign, the listing process begins. Jessica gets to work on scheduling the professional property photography, ordering the sign installation, and preparing the listing for the market. On average, this all takes about a week. While listing a property can seem stressful at first, Jessica is there every step of the way to make it easier for her clients.

Showings are arranged around your schedule. You decide whether or not you would like a lock box, or if you prefer to be home. Only licensed real estate agents will show your property to prospective buyers. Open houses are the exception, but these are only hosted at your request.
